MATERIALS NEEDED:

Size 10 White crochet thread, 7 steel hook, snaps, starch.

Gauge: 11 back lp sc rows= 1", 9 sc = 1", (shell, sc, shell) = 1", 3 shell rows = 1".

RIGHT WING:

ROW 1: With white thread, 7 steel hook, ch-8, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (7 sts)

ROW 2: Working from now on in back lps only, sc ea st across to last 2 sts, 2 sc next 2 sts, ch-1, turn. (9 sts)

ROW 3: 2 sc next 2 sts, sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. (11 sts)

ROW 4-18: Rep Row 2 & 3 alternating as you work and ending with Row 2. DO NOT ch-1 at the end of Row 18, turn. (At the end of Row 18, 39 sts)

ROW 19: Sl st 1st 3 sts, sc across (you are still working in back lps), ch-1, turn. (36 sts)

ROW 20: Sc across to last 4 sts, DO NOT CH-1, turn. (32 sts)
