With needle and crochet thread sew tog at shoulders.
SLEEVE:
RND 1: With Pumpkin an 7 hook join in 3rd sk st in armhole, ch-1, sc same st as beg ch-1, sc next 2 sts, sc end next 2 rows, hdc end next 5 rows, 2 dc end next 7, hdc end next 5, sc end next 2, sc last 2 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.  (33 sts)
RND 2: Sc next 4 sts, hdc next 5, dc next 14, hdc next 5, sc last 5 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 3: Sc next 5 sts, hdc next 5, dc next 14, hdc next 5, sc last 4 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 4: Sc next 4 sts, hdc next 5, (hdc dec next 2 sts) 7 times, hdc next 5, sc last 5 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.  (26 sts)
RND 5: Sc next 5 sts, hdc next 17, sc last 4 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 6: Sc next 4 sts, hdc next, (hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 2 sts) 4 times, sc last 5 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.  (22 sts)
RND 7-10: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 10 fasten off.
-Rep for other sleeve.
NECK LACE:
ROW 1: With Green and 7 hook ch-19, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, turn.  (18 sts)
ROW 2: (Ch-6, sl st next st) across, fasten off.
With needle and crochet thread sew lace to bodice of dress below neck edge.  With sewing needle and sewing thread sew 3 snaps to back of dress.  With Black fabric paint draw on eyes, nose and mouth of a pumpkin to center front of skirt.  Let dry completely before placing on Miss Bear.  Once Miss bear is in the dress, stuff it lightly around the base of the skirt.
PUMPKIN WINGS:
With Pumpkin and 7 hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (8 sts)
