MATERIALS:

1 ball size 10 crochet thread in Pumpkin, small amount of Myrtle Green, size 7 crochet hook, needle large enough to take crochet thread, 3 small snaps, Black fabric paint (Scribbles), small amount of stuffing (craft fiberfill) sewing needle and sewing thread.

Gauge: 9 sc = 1", 10 sc rows = 1", 9 dc = 1”, 5 dc rows = 1”.

PUMPKIN FAIRY DRESS:

RND 1: With Pumpkin and 7 hook ch-39, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, hdc ea ch around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (38 sts)

RND 2: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (57 sts)

RND 3: Hdc next st, (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (85 sts)

RND 4: Hdc next st, (2 hdc next st, hdc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (106 sts)

RND 5-15: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.

RND 16: Hdc next st, (hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (85 sts)

RND 17: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.

RND 18: Hdc next 5 sts, (hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 6 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (75 sts)

RND 19: Rep rnd 17.

RND 20: Hdc next 5 sts, (hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next 5 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (65 sts)

RND 21-25: Rep rnd 17.
