ROW 4: Hdc next 21 sts, drop white, pick up royal, hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 6 sts) 3 times, drop royal, pick up white, rep bet () 3 times, ch-1, turn. (48 sts)
RND 6: Sl st through 1st st row 5 and last st row 5 to join, ch-1, hdc next 24 sts, drop white, pick up royal, hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (48 sts)
RND 7-11: Hdc ea st in appropriate color dropping and picking up as needed, SL st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 11 fasten off.

DRESS TOP:

ROW 1: With royal and H hook count over 10 sts from end row 1-you will now be working royal over white sts-join next st, ch-1, hdc sa st as beg hdc, hdc next 8 sts, join white, drop royal, hdc next 9 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)
ROW 2-8: Hdc ea st in appropriate color dropping and picking up yarns as needed, ch-1, turn. End row 8 fasten off white yarn.

STRAP:

With royal ch-13, sl st 6th st from end skirt on white st, fasten off.
With white and H hook join in end white st row 8 of top, ch-13, sl st 8th st from skirt on royal st, fasten off.
With needle and thread sew snap to center back of skirt.

HEADBAND:

ROW 1: With white and h hook ch-7, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (5 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, join royal, fasten off white, ch-1, turn.
ROW 3: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 4: Hdc ea st across, join white, fasten off royal, ch-1, turn.
ROW 5: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
