MATERIALS :

3 skeins Bernat Softee Brand Baby yarn in white, eight size 1\0 snaps, needle and white thread, 3 1\3 yds 7\8” wide white satin ribbon, 1 yd 3\8” wide white satin ribbon, 18” X 43” piece of white fabric, pins and size G crochet hook or size to obtain gauge.

GAUGE: Square: 2 1\2” X 2 1\2” Bodice: 4sts = 2”, 5 rows = 2”
Finished size: 3\6 months or 25” from neck edge to bottom and 24” at waist or where bodice meets skirt.

SKIRT:

ROW 1: With white yarn and G hook ch-166, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, turn. (165 sts)
ROW 2: Ch-1, sc 1st st, (ch-5, sk 3 sts, sc next st) twice, * sk 1 st, 5 dc next st, sk 1 st, sc next st, (ch-5, sk 3 sts, sc next st) 3 times, rep from * 9 times, sk 1 st, 5 dc next st, sk 1 st, sc next st, (ch-5, sk 3 sts, sc next st) twice, turn.
ROW 3: * (ch-5, sc next arch) twice, 5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc of next 5 dc group, 5 dc next sc, sc next arch, rep from * 10 times ending with ch-5, sc next arch, ch-2, dc last sc, turn.
ROW 4: Ch-1, sc 1st st, sk ch-2, * ch-5, sc next arch, 5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc of next 5 dc group, ch-5, sc 3rd dc of next 5 dc group, 5 dc next sc, sc next arch, rep from * 10 times, ch-5, sc last arch, turn.
ROW 5: Ch-3 (1st dc), 2 dc sa st as ch-3, * sc next arch, 5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc of next 5 dc group, ch-5, sc next arch, ch-5, sc 3rd dc of next 5 dc group, 5 dc next sc, rep from * 10 times, sc next arch, 3 dc last sc, turn.
ROW 6: Ch-1, sc sa st as ch-1, * 5 dc next sc, sc 3rd dc of next 5 dc group, (ch-5, sc next arch) twice, ch-5, sc 3rd dc on next 5 dc group, rep from * 10 times, 5 dc next sc, sc top ch-3 of previous row, turn.
