MATERIALS:
Red Heart 4 ply yarn in Pumpkin (one skein makes large and several small pumpkins) and Hunter Green, H crochet hook or hook needed to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, craft glue, stuffing, for large pumpkin one 7-1\2” diameter and 3” tall paper mache round box, one 18” chenille stem and for small 2-3\8” X 1-3\8” round paper mache box.
Gauge: 3 hdc sts = 1”, 3 hdc rows = 1”
LARGE PUMPKIN:
With Pumpkin yarn and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
