SQUARE COLLAR:
ROW 1: With White and H hook ch-30, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (28 sts)
ROW 2-7: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 8: Hdc next 8 sts, hdc dec next 2, sl st next 8, hdc dec next 2, hdc last 8 sts, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)
ROW 9: Hdc next 7 sts, hdc dec next 2, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
ROW 10: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. (7 sts) ROW 11-14: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 15: Rep row 10. (6 sts)
ROW 16: Hdc next 4 sts, hdc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn. (5 sts)
ROW 17: Rep row 10. (4 sts)
ROW 18: Hdc next 2 sts, hdc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn. (3 sts)
ROW 19: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc last st, fasten off. (2 sts)
ROW 20: With White and H hook join in end row 8, ch-1, hdc same st as beg ch-1, hdc next 7 sts, hdc dec next 2 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (9 sts)
ROW 21-30: Rep row 10-19. End row 30 fasten off.
EDGING:
With White and H hook join in any st on collar, ch-1, evenly sc ea st and row around working 3 sc in ea corner, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
STRIPE:
ROW 1: With Hunter Green and H hook ch-2, sc 2 nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn. (1 st)
ROW 2-31: Sc only st, ch-1, turn. End row 31 fasten off.
-make 2. Sew stripes to back of collar. Sew collar around doll’s neck and coming to a pt at center front.
