several of the spring’s rings are to the wrong side of the hat. Rep with the remaining 6 spring placing then around the first spring you place onto the hat. With needle and matching thread sew the springs to the wrong side of the hat.
EYES:
RND 1: With Black and H hook ch-5, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc next, 3 hdc last, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (in bottom of sts just made), hdc next, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
RND 2: 2 hdc next 2 sts, hdc next, 2 hdc next 3, hdc next, 2 hdc last st, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off. (14 sts)
-make 2. Sew eyes to front of hat.
