until at least one full ring is to the wrong side of body.  Sew in place.  Do the same for the other leg’s slinky.  Rep this on the second half of the body.
Stuff ea section and sew the completed bottom to ea opening, easing to fit.
LEG (MAKE 4)
With Soft Earth and H hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
RND 2: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  ( 12 sts)
RND 3-9: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 9 fasten off.
Stuff ea leg (photo) and with matching yarn sew to body inside ea leg slinky.
TAIL:
With Soft Earth and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (8 sts)
RND 2: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
RND 3-4: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  Stuff to this point.
RND 5: (hdc dec next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (6 sts)
RND 6-9: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 10: 2 hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
RND 11: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  (18 sts)
