1 Skein Bernat Baby Coordinates Self-Striping yarn in Sailor Stripes, size F crochet hook or hook to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, stuffing, small amounts of cream and dark blue felt, craft glue, 8 metal junior size Slinkys and wire cutters.
GAUGE: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”

About the yarn I used:
I used Bernat Baby Coordinates yarn (#3) yarn, but any Baby #3 yarn will make a good substitution, just make sure you get the exact gauge as stated in the pattern when you make a sample swatch. If your gauge is bigger than stated, go down one size in your hook. If your sample gauge is smaller than stated, go up one size in your hook.
