DOOR FOR BOX:
ROW 1: With Gray and H hook ch-20, hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn.  (18 sts)
ROW 2-12: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.  End row 12 fasten off. Sew one edge of door to body to cover box-opening.  Sew snaps so door will fasten when closed and cover third arm.
HEAD:
With Gray and H hook rep rnd 1-4 of body.
RND 5: Back Loop hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 6-15: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 15 fasten off.
BOTTOM FOR HEAD:
With Gray and H hook rep rnd 1-4 of body, fasten off end rnd 4. Stuff head and sew on bottom.
EAR:
With Red and h hook rep rnd 1-3 of end covers, do not fasten off.
RND 4-5: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 5 fasten off.
-make 2.  Insert one end of the yellow Slinky bet sts rnd 3 of ear, twist until several coils are to the wrong side, sew to hold.  Rep with other ear to other end of yellow Slinky.  Stuff ea ear and sew to ea side of head.  Tack Slinky to top of head.  Sew head to top of body.
RED LOWER PORTION OF BODY:
With Red and h hook rep rnd 1-6 of body.
RND 7: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 5 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (63 sts)
RND 8-12: Back Loop hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.  End rnd 12 fasten off.
RED LOWER PORTION OF BODY BOTTOM:
With Red and H hook rep rnd 1-6 of body, fasten off end rnd 6. Stuff and sew bottom on.  Sew this to bottom of body.  Sew ea leg to lower section.
FINISHING:
Cut a 1” X 2-1\4” rectangle out of yellow felt for the moth.  Trim the corners to
